Privacy Policy

• You can use ClinicNearby without an account and without giving us any personal information.
• We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, in aggregate.
• If you email us or use the Add your listing form, we receive what you choose to send.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level) and how you arrived at the site. We use this only to understand and improve the site.

Information you send us. The Add your listing form does not store anything on our servers: it opens your own email app with the details filled in, and we only receive them if you choose to send the email. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any health or medical information about you.

• To operate, secure and improve the directory.
• To review, add or correct clinic listings you send us, and to reply to you.
• To understand which pages and features are useful, using aggregate analytics.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider and Google (for analytics), and when required by law. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Clinic names, addresses, phone numbers, specialties and ratings shown on ClinicNearby are business information compiled from public sources. If you manage a clinic and want a listing corrected or removed, email completestackk@gmail.com or use the “Update this listing” link on the clinic's page.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally without analytics cookies.

Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email completestackk@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

ClinicNearby is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We keep emails only as long as needed to handle your request or listing. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Analytics account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.
